How to get going on ace165
New here? The path from landing on this page to placing your first bet is short. Open an account, choose your wallet, pick a game category, and you're in. If anything's unclear, support is a message away. Here's what you need to know first.
Create your account
Fill in your details on the registration page — it takes under two minutes. Use a valid mobile number because that's where your one-time verification code arrives.
What's in the lobby
You'll find slots, live casino tables, crash games like Crash ShockWave, table games including Blackjack Pro Tables, and a sportsbook with cricket markets front and centre.
Your wallet options
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are all supported. Once your account is active, link the wallet you use daily and deposits will move straight to your account balance.
Need help getting set up
Live chat is the fastest route for account questions. If you run into anything during registration or your first deposit, the support team can walk you through it in real time.

Everything ace165 has, one tap away
From fan-favourite slots and live dealer tables to sportsbook markets, the full lobby is right here — open it from any screen, no download needed.
Ways to reach the support team
If something goes wrong with a deposit, a withdrawal holds, or you can't get into your account, there are three ways to reach us. Live chat is the fastest for anything urgent. Email works well for issues that need documentation. Mobile help covers wallet-specific questions — if your bKash or Nagad transfer hasn't reflected, that's the right channel.
ace165 on whichever screen you're on
The lobby is built to work on your phone's browser without needing an app download. Returning accounts load straight to your last position — live table, slot room, or sportsbook — so you're not navigating from scratch each time. Switch to desktop for the full live casino view; your balance and bet history follow you across devices automatically because they sit on your account, not the device.
How your account stays protected
Security on ace165 runs across four layers — the connection itself, how you log in, how transactions are recorded, and how your personal data is stored. None of these are optional; they're active on every session. Players in Dhaka and across Bangladesh are on the same security stack as every other supported region.
Encrypted connection
SSL encryption covers the full session — from the login page through to checkout. Your browser will show a secure connection indicator; if it ever doesn't, don't proceed and contact support immediately.
Login and OTP verification
Every new login from an unrecognised device triggers a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. You enter the code before the session opens, which blocks access even if someone has your password.
Transaction records
Each deposit and withdrawal generates a timestamped record visible in your account history. If a transaction looks wrong, that record is what you share with support — it contains the amount, method, and outcome.
Data storage and handling
Personal and payment details are stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted by role. We don't store full wallet credentials — only the account identifiers needed to process your chosen payment method.
Slots, live tables, and more inside
The ace165 lobby carries slots from studios including Pragmatic Play and PG Soft — titles like Gates of Olympus and Mahjong Ways sit alongside the platform's own names like Bangladesh Night Spins 501 and Teen Patti PowerPlay. Live casino covers baccarat, roulette, and Dragon Tiger with real dealers streamed directly to your screen. Where a game or provider makes RTP data available, you'll see it on the game card itself — we don't publish figures the providers haven't confirmed.

Local payment methods we support
We built the payment setup around what Bangladesh players already use every day. bKash and Nagad are the most common routes — open the app, send to the account number shown at checkout, confirm with your PIN, and the balance appears. Rocket works the same way. Bank Transfer is available for those who prefer it. Withdrawals follow a verification step to confirm the request matches your account details before funds are released. Availability depends on your location and applicable local regulations.
Moving around the ace165 lobby
The lobby navigation sits at the top of every page — Casino, Slots, Sportsbook, and your Account icon are all there. Tap Casino to reach live dealer tables including Dragon Tiger and Blackjack Pro Tables. Slots takes you to the full slot catalogue where you can filter by studio or search by name; if you know you want Mahjong Ways or bKash FundBox, just type it in. The Sportsbook tab opens cricket markets alongside other sports — browse by league or by match time. Your account area, reachable from the top-right icon, shows your balance, transaction history, and the option to add or change a payment method.
The Casino tab opens live baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Blackjack Pro Tables. Each table card shows the current dealer and open seats before you click in.
Filter the slot lobby by provider — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others — or search by title. Bangladesh Night Spins 501 and Teen Patti PowerPlay are in the local favourites row near the top.
Cricket markets are the first thing you see in the Sportsbook tab. BPL and international fixtures are listed by date; tap a match to see the available markets for that game.
Your account icon opens balance, history, and payment settings in one panel. Deposit or update your linked wallet without leaving the page you're on.
