Inside the ace165 Blackjack Live Lobby

Our blackjack live section carries tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, giving you a range of betting seats from low-stake to higher-cap rooms. Evolution's Infinite Blackjack lets multiple hands run on one table at the same time — useful when the main seats fill up. Pragmatic Play Live runs its own Speed Blackjack format, where decisions are prompted quickly so rounds

move at a sharper pace. Players in Dhaka reach the lobby in seconds on a standard mobile connection. Side bet options including Perfect Pairs and 21+3 appear on select tables and are clearly marked before you sit down. RTP figures are shown on tables where the provider exposes them — check the table info panel before joining a seat.

HOW WE RUN TABLES

Fair Play and Provider Standards

Our live blackjack tables run on streams provided directly by certified studios. The cards are dealt by trained dealers in regulated studio environments — not by software. Here's what that means for your experience at our tables.

Certified Studio Streams

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live hold independent certification for their live dealer setups. The shuffle and deal happen on camera, visible to every player at the table in real time.

RTP Where Providers Publish It

We only display RTP figures on tables where the provider has published verified data. We don't invent percentages — check the table info panel for what's available on each game.

Encrypted Account Sessions

Your login session and payment flow use SSL encryption throughout. Account access on mobile uses OTP verification so only you can authorise deposits and withdrawals.

Dispute Resolution Path

Every hand is recorded server-side. If you raise a dispute on a blackjack round, our team reviews the full session log and responds through your account message thread.

Blackjack Live Terms Explained

What does 'soft hand' mean in blackjack?

A soft hand contains an Ace counted as 11. It's called soft because the Ace can drop to 1 if you draw a card that would otherwise bust the hand, giving you more flexibility.

What is a side bet in live blackjack?

A side bet is an optional wager placed before the main hand is dealt. Common options include Perfect Pairs and 21+3, each paying out based on specific card combinations separate from the main result.

What does 'double down' mean?

Doubling down means placing an extra bet equal to your original stake in exchange for receiving exactly one more card. It's used when your starting hand puts you in a strong position against the dealer's upcard.

What is Infinite Blackjack?

Infinite Blackjack is an Evolution format where an unlimited number of players can join a single table simultaneously. Each player gets the same two dealt cards but makes independent decisions from that point forward.

What does 'stand' mean?

Standing means you choose not to draw any more cards. You keep your current hand total and the dealer then completes their own hand according to fixed house rules, usually hitting until reaching 17 or more.

What is Speed Blackjack?

Speed Blackjack is a Pragmatic Play Live format designed for faster rounds. Decision timers are shorter and players who act quickly get their extra cards dealt first, keeping the pace sharp throughout each hand.

Common Questions About Blackjack Live

Open the live casino section from the main menu, filter by blackjack, and pick a table that shows open seats. Tap a seat to join. Your account balance is used directly — no separate chip purchase needed before sitting down.

Yes. The live blackjack stream runs in your mobile browser without requiring a separate download. The dealer view, betting controls and chat sit inside one screen, sized for portrait or landscape depending on what works for you.

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live supply our blackjack streams. Evolution carries the Infinite Blackjack and standard multi-seat tables; Pragmatic Play Live runs the Speed Blackjack and Power Blackjack formats on their own dedicated tables.

If your connection drops mid-hand, the platform applies a default stand decision on your behalf so the round can complete. The result and payout are recorded in your game history. Contact live chat with your round ID if the outcome looks incorrect.

Access depends on your local law and eligible regions. If the live casino section is visible in your account after logging in from Bangladesh, the blackjack tables are open to you. We recommend checking your local regulations before playing.

Winnings from a completed blackjack hand land in your account balance immediately after the round closes. Withdrawals from that balance go through your linked wallet — bKash, Nagad or Rocket — and go through standard account verification before release.
