FAIR SPIN STANDARDS

How We Keep Daily Spin Fair

Verified Wheel Outcomes

Spin results are generated by the same certified random-number systems that power our slot lobby. No result is pre-set and each spin is independent of the one before it.

Provider-Linked Prizes

When a spin prize connects to a slot title — such as a feature spin on Mahjong Ways or Sweet Bonanza — the prize is activated inside that game's own engine, so the mechanics are the provider's, not ours alone.

Account Audit Trail

Every spin round is logged against your account with a timestamp and outcome reference. You can see the result in your account history; our support team can pull the same record if you raise a query.

Consistent Prize Schedule

We aim to keep the prize wheel structure stable week to week. When we update prize rooms or rotate titles, we post the change in the promotions section at least 24 hours before it takes effect.

ace165 What the ace165 Daily Spin Covers

What the ace165 Daily Spin Covers

The Daily Spin sits inside the promotions section of the ace165 lobby, accessible from the same menu you use for slots and live tables. Each spin cycle runs on a fixed schedule — your spin resets at midnight and the wheel is live for 24 hours. Prize rooms on the wheel include slot feature spins for titles like Gates of Olympus and

Mahjong Ways, account wallet credits, and entry tokens for high-cap prize-style slot features. Pragmatic Play and PG Soft power several of the prize-linked titles attached to the wheel, so the outcomes connect directly to real game mechanics rather than arbitrary numbers. Players in Dhaka and across Bangladesh can reach the spin screen in seconds from the mobile browser — no download needed.

Daily Spin Terms You Should Know

What is a prize wheel in casino promotions?

A prize wheel is a randomised spin mechanic that assigns one outcome from a set of prize rooms each time it runs. Each segment on the wheel corresponds to a specific reward type or game credit.

What does 'wallet credit' mean after a spin?

Wallet credit is a cash-value amount added directly to your account balance after a spin lands on that prize room. It shows in your account transaction history and can be used in the lobby.

What is a slot feature spin?

A slot feature spin activates a bonus round inside a specific slot title — for example, the free-drop mechanic in Gates of Olympus — without requiring a standard bet to trigger it normally.

What does 'spin reset' mean?

Spin reset is when your daily allocation refreshes. On ace165 the Daily Spin resets at midnight each day, giving eligible accounts a new spin to use within the following 24-hour window.

What is a high-cap prize-style slot feature?

High-cap prize-style slot features are bonus rounds in certain slot games where the potential multiplier or prize pool has a higher ceiling than standard rounds, linked to the game provider's mechanics.

What does RTP mean for spin-linked slot prizes?

RTP stands for return-to-player percentage. For spin-linked slot prizes, RTP information is shown only where the game provider or studio publishes it — we do not set or modify those figures ourselves.

Common Questions About Daily Spin

Open ace165 in your mobile browser, log in, and go to the Promotions section. The Daily Spin wheel is listed there. It works on both Android and iOS without any app download required.

Wallet credits land in your account balance and can be used in the lobby directly. For a withdrawal via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, check whether the credit meets the applicable withdrawal conditions shown in the promo terms.

Unused spins do not carry forward — each daily allocation expires when the spin clock resets at midnight. If a technical fault on our side prevented you from spinning, contact live chat with the date and we'll review it.

Current spin prize rooms include slot feature rounds for titles like Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, and Mahjong Ways from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. The active prize rooms are listed on the spin screen each day.

Right now the Daily Spin prize rooms are focused on slot features and wallet credits. Cricket sportsbook matches and markets are available separately in the sportsbook section of the lobby.

The spin button activates for eligible accounts based on account status and region. If yours is inactive, check the promo terms for eligibility details or contact our support team to confirm your account's current standing.
